The most intelligent feature is the link between it's similar platform application i.e. If you're not, then I wouldn't recommend it I'd look elsewhere for alternative competitive software. My recommendation, if you're considering this type of software, is go with Teams if you're familiar with Microsoft and you're using Microsoft's other products. Even now, I still have challenges having used it for more than a year. I found their back-end user management system difficult, complex, multi-layered. We chose Teams because it came with our Microsoft account it was integrated with the suite of other Microsoft services and software, and also because it integrates nicely with email, the calendar, time sheeting, some other built-in functions we use as a company.
